Shipping & Delivery

How do you ship packages?

Currently the packages are to be ship from our US Warehouse to anywhere in the US using USPS or UPS, and to Canada via UPS. Other Carriers might be used for international shipping as the budget allows. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. There are our estimates:

US: 3-7 Business days

Canada: 10-30 Business days

*This doesn't include our 1 day processing time for shipping within the US and 2-5 days processing time for international shipping.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive an email that contains your tracking information. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will do our best to provide you with any answers and the help you need.
